Red alert!!!!!

It has come to our attention that there is a bully in our class.The boy in question is in the 4th grade.
He picks on the ones younger than himself .For the time being ,he will be put into a class all by himself  with noone but himself to talk ,play ,do homework.eat snack..Do you think it's harsh?Wait till you hear 
that this will carry on till he learn not to bully the other children and to get along.Forever?maybe?... but we must try.Except for English period,he must learn to adjust by himself.
Questions were raised as to why he picked on the other children.Maybe he did nasty things to draw more
attention to himself.He is certainly going to get that when he play one on one with a teacher all the time from now.
